Teton Marketing Technologies now offers a built in program that allow you to upload your own data files that you have exported from other database program and saved the file on you computers hard drive. This new tool is a self guided program that simplifies the importing of previously created data.

For those Users that wish assistance with importing data from another database program we offer a service to import these prospects/clients into TOUCH for a onetime fee. This service is optional and allows clients with large existing databases to quickly and easily begin using TOUCH without the time or expense of having to input the data manually or uploading the data file yourself.

It is prohibited to load any "purchased list" from a list vendor using our new database upload tool. In addition we will not load any database lists that have been purchased from list companies or some other source for a fee. Any database provided to us must be from your exisiting customers or prospects that know who you and your company are. Any other list types are not allowed and are considered by TMT as spam lists. If it is discovered that your list is not a valid list of qualified prospects and clients your account will be terminated immediately.

The following terms and conditions should be noted.

1. Data will be loaded as provided. If a database is provided that is missing information, incorrectly formatted, or contains corrupt data, the file will be loaded as is.
2. TMT will make every effort to load and map the data fields correctly as provided. Should data be loaded incorrectly as a result of a TMT error, the data will be reloaded without additional charge.
3. Databases need to be provided in a common format such as CSV, Excel, or tab-delineated. Proprietary data formats are not acceptable.
4. Obtaining an electronic copy (export) of an existing database is the responsibility of the client. Most common databases have an export function that will accommodate our file format needs. Please click here for instructions on how to export data for common programs used by agents..
5. TMT will take the data as provided and map the data fields into the corresponding TOUCH fields. Not all fields will match and some data collected by other systems is not required for TOUCH. This “non-essential data” will not be loaded or mapped in TOUCH.
6. A $125 loading fee is required for each database regardless of size.

8. Databases for loading should be sent as an attachment to an email in one of the formats noted above to "support@tetonmarketing.com".
9. TMT does not sell or provide email addresses for prospecting and it is up to each user to provide their own prospects.
10. Database editing, clean-up, modifications should be completed before sending it for loading. It is not the responsibility of TMT to make any changes or corrections.
11. Each separate database that is loaded is subject to the “Loading Fee”.
12. If you want to have data loaded with a unique classifier for sorting purposes the sorting field needs to be provided in the original database before sending to TMT.
13. If a database has more then 5,000 contacts, an additional $10 will be added to the base monthly price for each increment of 2,500 contacts over 5,000.
14. Each individual entry in a database is counted toward the 5000 regardless of the record being a duplicate or incomplete. Data records that do not contain an email address are also counted as a valid record count.
15. Duplicate data entries are counted when determining database contact numbers.
16. Once a database is loaded any additional changes needed to be made by TMT is subject to a our normal billing charges of $125 per hour. No changes will be made without prior consent of the client.
