With TOUCH you design your email campaign and set the schedule when each message will be delivered. You can direct your prospect to your web site or simply provide your contact information; providing them a consistent link to your company's products or services.

TOUCH does not respond to form submitions. All emails sent via TOUCH are designed and sent by you based on pre-defined timelines or database queries. Selling multiple policies is a numbers game that requires a plan. TOUCH is flexible enough to work with your style of selling. By spending a few seconds to enter a prospects contact information and e-mail address you can automatically send e-mails to each prospect on a regular, predetermined interval (based on relative or actual dates) that will facilitate converting leads into customers without any further intervention by you.

Having the ability to mix not only the content of your message but the delivery method improves the chance of your message reaching the prospect. While TOUCH can run in a completely automated fashion it may not necessarily deliver the message in a way consistent with your selling style. TOUCH also provides you with the ability to add a "TASK Based E-mail" into any campaign in any position within the timeline. You create the "TASK" (an email), add it to your Library of emails and select it when needed. When the campaign reaches this "TASK" within a defined campaign an email is generated and sent to you or any other person specified (such as an adminstrative assistant) with the contact information and message you previously defined. These reminder actions can be a reminder to make phone calls, send direct mail, brochures, faxes, check status etc. We call this our Multi-Task feature and it has proven to be very valuable tool to our users in designing campaigns that increase closing ratios.

Reaction-Reply function
Our exclusive Reaction-Reply allows any e-mail in any campaign to have any “from” or reply e-mail address. Prospects can respond to an e-mail with the reply going to you or anyone else in your agency. Combine this with our Multi-Task feature and campaigns can now have prospects requesting information packets directly from you, an assistant, or even a fulfillment house. Manual tasks reminders, like follow-up phone calls, can be received by anyone the agent wishes to delegate the function to.

Multi-User Accounts
Mult-User Accounts were designed for businesses with multiple sales people and offers many unique functions designed for larger organizations. Scalable from a minimum of two users - it is easy to expand your user base on a as needed basis. You control what users are added to your Multi-User account right from within the program.

Messaging Functions
When you upgrade or initiate a Multi-User Account there are some features built in that do not exist in our Single User Accounts. Multi-User Accounts allows the Administative Control to do several functions that include the ability to communicate to your sub-users on the system. There are four basic funtions that involve communication with your usb-users in your account. With all four funtions you can attach a personal message with the push of information. A message alert appears to the user who is the recipient of the push.

PUSH A LEAD - you can push or send any contact that is in your database to another user on the system. Ownership of the contact is created when the pushed contact is confirmed by the recipient.

PUSH A EMAIL - you can push already created emails that can be used as a guide or you can restrict and send pre-written emails with merge vaiables to sub-users and during the push user profiles are merged into the email.

 

PUSH A CAMPAIGN - you can push already created campaigns with emails that can be used as a guide or you can restrict and send pre-defined campaigns with emails that contain merge vaiables to sub-users and during the push user profiles are merged into the email and campaigns are set to run.

PUSH A MESSAGE - Send messages with any of the above functions sharing important information about the push. You may also send a message by itself that is not part of a PUSH to another user in your Multi-User Account.

Document Libraries
There are two types of Document Libraries within your TOUCH account. The Global Library and Individual Contact Library. Both document libraries allow the user to send emails from your Email Library and attach to the outgoing message attachments from either or both document libraries.

Global Document Library
The Global Library allows you to browse your computers hard drive and upload .pdf, .doc and other types of document files to your library. The Global Library can warehouse things like company brochures, applications and other documents that you may want to send to your prospective customers.

Individual Document Library
Allows you to upload and maintain individual copies of documents unique to a specific contact record. This is the equivelent of an electronic file folder that you can maintain important documents that can be access 24/7. Need to keep a custom quote for a specific contact? Easy - just upload it to the library. Send it to the contact any time you need to.

Campaign Looping function
There are times when the message you want to bring is essentially the same and time does not erode the validity of the message. In circumstances like this you can "LOOP" (reoccurring) a defined campaign so that once completed it will restart from the beginning without intervention from the user. Simply create a campaign that is set to "REOCCUR", define the time delay between the end of the last message and the restart (sleep period) and let it run. TOUCH will notify you each time, via email, that the campaign has completed a cycle to a specific contact and will run again after the delay period, as defined, unless you intervene.

Fast, easy & ready to go
TOUCH was designed and built by a Health Insurance Agent for Health Insurance Agents. All of our functions were designed for selling health insurance with easy to use and simple to navigate screens. We can even pre-load a complete campaign with an agents contact information imbedded into each e-mail so that an agent can begin using it immediately.

To busy to input new prospects? Our Data Entry user account allows for administrative functions to be conducted by anyone without concern for security. Data Entry users are restricted to entering new contacts and assigning them to pre-existing campaigns of your design. No worries about unauthorized e-mail authoring, campaign altering, or someone downloading your entire list of contacts.

Relative/actual date campaigns can begin based on a relative date, like the date the prospect is entered, or actual calendar date. This allows the maximum flexability for contacting your prospects or clients. Use relative date to have prospects contacted from date of entry on, use actual date to start a campaign on or before a specific date. Actual date is great for any policy that has an anniversary renewal date. Simply create a campaign that begins before the renewal date to let your existing clients know you value their business.

Integrate TOUCH into your website....
Go one step further and integrate TOUCH into your company's website using a webform. We can provide your webmaster with the code so you can place a form at key points in your website where you would like to gather site visitor information. The contents of the form when submitted can send the information collected to a defined email address and at the same time pre-populate the form contents into your TOUCH Account.

When you login to your account there is a New Lead notice that notifies you how many new leads have arrived. You simply click on the new lead link to view the list of leads where you can then assign pre-defined campaigns, status the file or access contact information as needed.

What Limitations are there with my TOUCH Account?
Our Standard Account pricing reflects price points that start as low as $19.00 per month for a database limit of 500 contacts. However there is no real limit on the number of contacts one can have in their user account. We also do not place limits on the number of emails that can be sent to any one user as long as they are a valid prospect.

"TOUCH Chameleon" - Larger Companies
For those companies who have Self Branding requirements we offer our "TOUCH Chameleon" product. TOUCH Chameleon is a self branded Multi-User account that can morph into your companies colors and carry your companies branding without having to create a completly customized program.

For those companies that have multiple territories or regions TOUCH Chameleon can recognize which company brand to display to the user based on their Login Authority. Full multi-users functionality comes with TOUCH Chameleon. If there are unique programming needs that need to be addresses we can usually provide these changes for your account with lower out of pocket costs.
