Port Orford Cedar - These 307 Port Orford Cedar flutes are available with leather accents in either Buffalo, Elk or Deer Skin lace. All are available to be customized to your liking if you want something special. All of our Port Orford cedar flutes have been configured for a custom inlay for the fipple area, We use either Ironwood or Walnut for the inlays.

The starting price point for the 307 Port Orford Flute is $210.00 for the base model which will include custom fetish and leather lace accents on the foot of the flute. All basic model will be adorned with color coordinated Crow Beads located at the foot of the flute. Pictures and Recordings of each flute will be available as they are completed but this picture above is a good representation of this model. The Port Orford Cedar NAF flutes are available in 3/4", 7/8" and 1" bores. Most keys are available but please contact us for available inventory prior to placing your order online. Awesome Backpacker Flute!

Just finished, this Native American five hole flute is hand crafted from Old Growth wood stock Port Orford Cedar. This flute is 21 inches in lenght and features a 3/4" flute bore. The cutting edge is made from a piece of in laid walnut giving this flute a nice contrast in the windway area. Tuned to the Key of A this flute features the 4 winds tuning holes. The fetish is our otter series and it is made from the same Port Orford Cedar Stock. The fettish is tied on using our hand cut Bison leather, color is black.

This flute like all of our flutes was hand planed to achieve its signature shape. Although this flute does not feature any added accents it is a beautiful little flute that plays beautifully. Finished with more than 20 light coats of high gloss lacquer. The inside of the flute bore and slow air chamber were also sealed with many coast of finish to help prevent moisture absorption. Small enough to put in your backpack and take it on the trail with you this is a really nice flute. Port Orford Cedar not only makes for a great sounding flute but as you can see from these pictures it also produces simple elegance.
