This page is under construction. Pipes that will be listed on this page will all be hand crafted from hand quarried Cantlinite Stone from Pipe stone Minnesota. One of our artisans and owner of the quarry is Donovan Archambault, an Assiniboine Elder who currently lives on the Rocky Boy Reservation in Montana. The picture above is a pipe Donovan made last year and features bead work that is done with a traditional Peyote Stitch. Check back to see progress as this part of our site develops. Pipes currently under construction:

PIPE #1 - 3 Feathers Personal Pipe is currently complete. This pipe was crafted for a individual who lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. This pipe was hand crafted by us here in our shop in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and features a smaller pipe stem decorated with Elk leather lace wrapping and glass Crow beads hang from the lace ends. An Owl feather (hand painted feather) hangs from the upper third of the pipe stem. The feather is wrapped in traditional red wool with sinu lacing. This pipestone was hand quarried from Donovan Archambault's quarry in Pipestone Minnesota. each block of stone is hand selected for us by Donovan Sr., Assiniboine Elder.

The pipe features 3 carved feathers that sit on the top of the stem portion and two on each side of the pipe. There is an eagle effigy on one side of the bowl and a representation of a tepee on the other side. Around the top of the bowl are twobands carved into the pipe. This pipe was crafted for personal use and the new owner is excited to add it to his collection. PIPE #2 - 3 Feathers Ceremonial Pipe - this pipe is currently under construction. This pipe is hand crafted from Cantlinite stone that was also hand quarried from Donovan Archambault's quarry in Pipestone Minnesota. This pipe is going to be a very special pipe as it was designed in conjunction with ideas provided by Donovan Archambault. This pipe is an eagles head that is coming out of the bowl of the pipe. When you see the face on the eagle it is clear that this bird is one of strength. It is a bigger pipe and when it is completed it would be a very nice pipe that could be used for ceremonial purposes or for special personal use. This is a special pipe to us and we will be very careful as to where this pipe will end up. The stem will be made from walnut and will have Native American accents to the stem.

Please note: This pipe although it is being hand crafted as taught to us by Donovan Archambault, Assiniboine Elder, we are NOT Native American ourselves. We have tried to craft this pipe in traditional ways and we have made sure we respect the stone each and every time we handle the pipe. Check back later for an update on this pipes construction.
